
Meet Lou and Our New Tuesday Morning Hatha Yoga Class!
We’re excited to announce our brand new weekly Hatha yoga class every Tuesday at 10am, designed to help you move, breathe, and build confidence in a calm, welcoming space.
Whether you’re completely new to Hatha yoga or looking to ease back into movement, this gentle group class is the perfect place to start. Each session is focused on building strength, flexibility, and a deeper connection to your body, with supportive guidance every step of the way.
Meet Lou 🧘♀️
We’re delighted to welcome Lou to the Elite Therapy team! Lou is an experienced Hatha yoga teacher and bodyworker with a passion for helping people reconnect with themselves through mindful movement.
She brings a holistic approach to her classes, combining breathwork, gentle movement, and energy awareness in a way that’s both grounded and accessible. We asked Lou to share a little more about her teaching style and a few fun facts to help us get to know her:

Lou’s Approach to Hatha Yoga:
“My classes are about creating space physically, mentally, and emotionally. I aim to help you feel lighter, more at ease in your body, and better connected to yourself. We work gently but purposefully, honouring where you are each time you step on the mat.”
What Clients Can Expect:
A calm, supportive class that’s perfect for beginners or those easing back into movement. You’ll be guided through breath led stretches, simple postures, and grounding techniques to help you feel more centred, and empowered.
