Sam has a wealth of experience in the fitness and wellbeing industry, specialising in more recently in Pilates. She uses Pilates to improve body awareness, muscular balance and core strength in a fun and relaxed environment.
Sam offers both one to one sessions and group sessions, she believes Pilates is a great addition to any fitness routine. In her spare time, Sam is a keen horse rider which gives her a unique perspective of maintaining a strong and balanced core as well as the benefits of improving fitness and posture.
