At Elite Therapy we believe the traditional model of treatment is rather outdated. You’re a person, not a patient, and you have your own individual needs. We think you should therefore expect to be treated accordingly.
We are Elite because we deliver a bespoke set of services matched to each person’s unique needs. We respond to your needs first through detailed education and second by offering on-site options for physiotherapy, sports therapy, rehabilitation, personal training and yoga and Pilates classes.
Whether you are experiencing pain on a day to day basis, injured from sport or looking to improve your fitness, a specific combination of these services designed for you will help achieve the best results for you.
To meet the demands of busy lives, we offer flexible evening and weekend working hours as well as an easy to access video or telephone based consultation service for when you cannot attend the clinic but need advice and support. All of our therapists and class instructors are fully qualified with a vast amount of experience so you are in good hands.
If you would like to contact the clinic and speak to one of our friendly staff for more details please call 02476591600 or email us on optimum@elite-therapy.com. If it is more appropriate that you speak to one of our experienced therapists we can also arrange that.

Nicola Sherlock Sports Rehabilitationist Director and Co-Founder of Elite Therapy
Nicola Sherlock
Nicola is a qualified Sports Rehabilitator and Trainer who has worked in both England and New Zealand and is the Director and co-founder of Elite Therapy. She is Lead therapist for Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey Club and for the Great Britain Senior Men’s Ice Hockey Team, a post which she first took up in 2007. She has worked at ten world championships and two Olympic Qualifiers. Earning herself over 50 caps.
“My interest in physiology started from an early age, I was intrigued by how the complex body worked, its adaptation to exercise and how it responded to injuries and stress. I was a keen hockey player and represented Coventry at Athletics; it was at the age of 17, when I was told by a specialist that a knee injury would prevent me from playing any competitive sport again that I decided to research the injury myself. Two operations later and six months of intensive rehab I was back to full fitness.”
“Educating the client in how their injury occurred is essential to managing and avoiding the reoccurrence of the injury. I believe a great number of injuries are caused through incorrect technique, whether it be a backhand shot in tennis or the positioning of a work station. My treatment approach aims to correct these techniques whilst treating the injury and encouraging the client to take an active part in their own rehabilitation.”
“I work with the principle that every injury is unique, so the treatment plan will be too.”
